Move Better. Perform Better. Live Better.
Move Better. Perform Better. Live Better.
At The Performance Lab, we understand the unique considerations of recovery and performance for the athlete across the lifespan. Different life stages include different physical and psychological challenges that may require increased consideration of nutrition, activity level and type, and recovery requirements on top of traditional rehab guidelines.
Are you having trouble recovering between workouts or practice, dealing with a nagging injury, or just can't get over the "hump" to perform at your peak? We can help!
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I am trained to be an expert in movement. Movement is the root of all we do. Fine-tuned and precise movements are the root of high performing athletes. Let's get you moving, performing, and living better.
Dr. Tori is the founder and owner of The Performance Lab. She completed her undergraduate education at Clemson University (GO TIGERS!) and graduated from Emory University School of Medicine with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2018. She has gained extensive experience in orthopedics after completing an orthopedic physical therapy residency and obtaining her orthopedic specialist certification in 2019.
Tori has worked in a variety of outpatient orthopedic settings and gained valuable experience in each one from professional sports rehab to spine care. Her passion is working with athletes and weekend warriors to keep them doing what they love and optimizing their performance through holistic patient-centered care.
